Can you get sick or die. To use a razor to cut the skin and put ink on it to make my own tattoo?.

I open my skin with a knife, then added an ink pen on the top and soak and clean up after a while. Clean it every day. The knife is again just of open and burn it safely. It looks good its a little sore but I did and a little red around the ink.
