I just rolled my ankle on the foot of the severe swelling park?
I have no insurance so I can not get the urgency of X-rays. The ankle itself is very swollen and I do not know if a break. I can not walk at all, but I can not move. My toes are swollen Souble size. Could anything that blocks blood flow? I really have to go to the emergency room as I know, but I wonder what's up with your fingers? (The only reason that I'm sitting here because I have migraines vicodin). Thank you.
The inflammation is a form that immobilizes the body parts of the body that are injured. To reduce swelling, put ice for 20 minutes, 20 minutes off. Take 2 Aleve Advil. Keep your foot on the top level of your heart. Do NOT take Vicodin to mask the pain, may permanently damage the ankle and foot. Keep the foot elevated above heart level.
